Two engineering projects that turned into two products.
VERISCO is the work of a small team of final-year engineering students. Both products are working systems built against real infrastructure — not coursework demos with a fixtures file.
We started from the same complaint.
Security tooling is sold as products but bought as projects. Adding an identity layer means a migration. Adding detection means an alert queue nobody reads. In both cases the tool arrives and the work starts.
Shield removes the migration. Alertio removes the queue.
- Built separately
- The two products were built against that same complaint from opposite ends. Putting them together was the obvious move once we noticed they were halves of one picture.
- Verified against a running system
- Neither product is checked by unit tests alone. Shield replays a 243-case policy matrix on every push and runs its integration checks against a live browser login. Alertio renders live data from a real Wazuh deployment.
- Honest about what it is
- This is a final-year engineering project, not a company with a support contract behind it. Everything on this site is true and countable, including the limits.
